Vlad was super helpful and attentive from the start. The team installed all brand new windows in my home and the project went great! From admin to vlad to his installers… wonderful overall & my windows look better than I expected. There were a few bumps we came across along the way but Vlad was quick to repair.I’m confident that they will preform well in winter/cold months to come.Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of working with ON Star Windows and I couldn't be happier with the product and service I received. From start to finish, their team was professional, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that the project was seamless.Firstly, they provided me with an offer I couldn't refuse, making the decision to work with them an easy one. What impressed me most was their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that the project would be completed on time. During a time when my parents were sick with COVID, Vlad willingly came by, taking all the necessary precautions, and took careful measurements of all of my windows.Throughout the installation process, ON Star Windows was incredibly accommodating and understanding of my unique situation. I have two cats that can be a bit finicky, but their team took extra care to ensure that my pets were not disturbed during installation. They were also very tidy and cleaned up after themselves, leaving my home looking better than before they arrived.Finally, I appreciated the way ON Star Windows communicated with me throughout the project. They answered any questions I had along the way and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the end result. Overall, I highly recommend ON Star Windows for anyone looking for exceptional service and quality workmanship.

I'm so glad I found HomeStart! Best ones in Toronto! They replaced windows in my cottage and now it's much warmer inside. The result is on point! If I decide to renovate my house I would definitely work with them again!!

27 September they came to install 2 doors and 6 windows. First they used floor protection and after themselves they cleaned up. The demolition was gentle so the didn't disturb any existed trim no after repair needed. The windows and doors instalation was clean and professional. They caulk everything inside outside what was possible make sure is water proof. They foamed all over for perfect air seal. The aluminum cuping also good. The job was down by Dimitri and two other guys. Big thanks for them they are professional. We really happy and we recommend the company and this crew. Thanks for Eddy and for on stars for a reasonable. price

Installed two new windows, which are great quality. Price is very reasonable too. They cleaned up reasonably well after they finished with the installation. Only minor issue is when I asked them to put up the blinds they took down, the guy seemed irritated and started saying things like "don't you know how expensive to install a blind?". He could have just explained why his company doesn't out blinds back up.

I just got the windows installed, i must say they do pay a lot of attention to detail. The quality of the windows are great, it cuts down the sound a lot with their new double pane windows. Will update my review if any repairs need to be done or servcing, but so far so great i recommend this company.

Vlad and Boris and whole team did a FANTASTIC JOB on my windows... 24 windows in one day! The best is, the team did a flawless work, quality windows, and left the house cleaned after. The guys are all well mannered, cheerful, and very respectful. A+ quality service!I can't thank ON Star enough!You guys are the best. Why I chose On Star: 1) they followed up with me after giving me an estimate, 2) the price was right.Why I recommend On Star: 1) Did an expert installation finishing off with aluminum siding around the window and patio door, 2) completed the job in a timely fashion.

We were looking for patio doors earlier this year and after several quotes we decided to go with On Star due to the fact that there prices were far better then others. We had concerns that the quality might not be as good as the other more costly places but decided to take a chance because of the good reviews. we are extremely happy with the doors as well as the great quality of customer service we received.

The whole experience was great. Windows were competitively priced and lowest compared to the others. The quality of the windows are very good. I replaced 5 windows in my house. Vlad gave me the best estimate! The entire experience was very positive.The installers went above and beyond with a quality installation. They even took the time to clean up after themselves well. I am 100% satisfied with ON Star Windows and Doors. I just love my new windows. If your looking to get your doors or windows replaced, I would highly recommend choosing ON STAR.I recieved several quotes from different companies and thought I would have to take out a second mortgage with the ridiculous prices I was being quoted. Thankfully I stumbled upon ON STAR. They were able to offer competitive prices and have a tone of options to choose from in terms of door/window replacement. I recently had my Entry doors and balcony French doors replace by Vlad and his team and it looks amazing. The crew was able to complete the installation in a timely manner, there very polite, and most of all keep there work area very clean and tidy at all times. I would definitely recommend choosing ON STAR if you plan on having your doors or windows replaced in the near future.
