We got our windows replaced by this company in November. I did not leave a review as I wanted to test the windows in the winter for 100% satisfaction. We are very pleased with all the work from admin to window quality to installation. Admin is very organized; they book you in and make sure you get the installation on time and in an organized manner. The installers are very friendly and organized. They show up on time and did a very good and clean job. They also cleaned up after they finished. We saved a lot of money on heating this year and did not experience any condensation at all. There was a slight problem with the lock of the sliding door, and Vlad, himself, showed up and fixed the problem. We are very glad we chose their services.

On Star Windows and Doors went above and beyond for us. Our home sustained storm damage to the large living room window and we called so many numerous companies to have it replaced as soon as possible but because every time they called and found out we only at this time needed one window they refused to help us out. Then we found On Star on Facebook and Vlad. Vlad came out to our home, explained in detail what we required due to the our climate and stormy area. The window was quoted and ordered and made in a fantastic turn around time. Vlad scheduled our installation date and he and his professional installer came out and installed our new window. They completely sealed, insulated and finished the trim both inside and out. We are greatful and thankful for Vlad and the company and highly recommend them to anyone who needs Windows and doors done. We have no more issues at all the Livingroom is warmer, the windows work great and I can remove the screens with ease in and out with bad hands.
