27 September they came to install 2 doors and 6 windows. First they used floor protection and after themselves they cleaned up. The demolition was gentle so the didn't disturb any existed trim no after repair needed. The windows and doors instalation was clean and professional. They caulk everything inside outside what was possible make sure is water proof. They foamed all over for perfect air seal. The aluminum cuping also good. The job was down by Dimitri and two other guys. Big thanks for them they are professional. We really happy and we recommend the company and this crew. Installed two new windows, which are great quality. Price is very reasonable too. They cleaned up reasonably well after they finished with the installation. Only minor issue is when I asked them to put up the blinds they took down, the guy seemed irritated and started saying things like "don't you know how expensive to install a blind?". He could have just explained why his company doesn't out blinds back up.

I just got the windows installed, i must say they do pay a lot of attention to detail. The quality of the windows are great, it cuts down the sound a lot with their new double pane windows. Will update my review if any repairs need to be done or servcing, but so far so great i recommend this company.

We were looking for patio doors earlier this year and after several quotes we decided to go with On Star due to the fact that there prices were far better then others. If your looking to get your doors or windows replaced, I would highly recommend choosing ON STAR.I recieved several quotes from different companies and thought I would have to take out a second mortgage with the ridiculous prices I was being quoted. Thankfully I stumbled upon ON STAR. They were able to offer competitive prices and have a tone of options to choose from in terms of door/window replacement. I recently had my Entry doors and balcony French doors replace by Vlad and his team and it looks amazing. The crew was able to complete the installation in a timely manner, there very polite, and most of all keep there work area very clean and tidy at all times. I would definitely recommend choosing ON STAR if you plan on having your doors or windows replaced in the near future.

I previously dealt with another window company that had installed inferior products that failed. When I claimed warranty, the company I dealt with before went under and I hired On Star Windows to fix it, and they did a great job. After being extremely satisfied with their work for a different project, we decided to go ahead with another project (updating 4 of our existing windows for 3 new windows and one slide door).
